Our Philosophy

The Heartland Centre has been in Epping since 1993. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for people to take care of themselves, enhance their health and move towards achieving their potential.

All practitioners are registered with Health Funds and accredited with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. They are well trained and experienced, and adhere to the highest ethical standards.


SUZANNE MIKULSKI
Suzanne holds Diplomas in Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Sports Therapy, Bowen Therapy and has over 10 years experience as a massage therapist. She brings additional training & skills to her treatments with lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, yoga & energy healing practices. Suzanne is an intuitive bodyworker & is the Principal of the Heartland Centre.

Suzanne is a Health Provider for all Health Funds and is an accredited member of ATMS (No. 7070).

MARY BENTLEY
Mary is a classical homoeopath who has been practising for over 15 years. She treats all conditions and all ages including infants.

Mary teaches homoeopathy at Nature Care College.

Qualifications: BA, DTM, Dip Hom.Med.,

Mary is a provider for all Health Funds that cover Homoeopathy and an accredited member of AROH, AHA and ATMS (No. 2092).



REBECCA FLINT
Rebecca has had over 6 years experience in Remedial Massage. She combines massage therapy with her knowledge in Oriental Health Principles to release energy blockages & to ‘iron out’ areas of tension in the body. She has trained & supervised students in the Nature Care Clinic & continues to update her skills.
Rebecca is a Health Provider with all Health Funds (with the exception of Medibank Private) and is an accredited member of ATMS (No.13284)

 


ANGELA KEOGH
Angela has been working as a massage therapist since 1999 after gaining both a Certificate IV in Remedial Massage and a Diploma of Aromatherapy. She has particular interests in the mind/body connection, personal development and meditation. Angela has training and experience in hands on healing and traditional Japanese style reiki. "My absolute favourite treatment to give is Reiki. It is relaxing, energising, rejuvenating and healing. Reiki is gentle and non invasive yet incredibly profound and deeply nourishing. It helps us come back into balance and reconnect with ourselves. Reiki is a beautiful way to facilitate health and healing not only in the body but on all levels."

Angela is a Health Provider with all Health Funds (with the exception of Medibank Private) and is an accredited member of ATMS (No. 11969).

KAREN TOWNSEND
Karen has an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and Diplomas in Nutrition, Remedial Massage and Reflexology. She has further training in Bowen Therapy, Chinese Reflexology, Reiki, Positional Release, Australian Bush Flower Essences and Astrology.
Karen’s approach is holistic in nature. Drawing on her training as a Naturopath and Bodyworker, she offers integrated and individual treatment plans guiding her clients back to a state of inner harmony and balance.
I enjoy my work as a Naturopath, knowing that I can make a difference to quality of life on an individual level and contribute to lifting the consciousness of health & wellbeing on a larger scale”.
