Homoeopathy
Is a system of natural medicine based on the principle of "like cures like'. Remedies are prescribed to fit the individual symptom picture and are useful in all age groups and for all health-related issues. Homoeopathic remedies work by stimulating the vital force or vital energy, which is then able to supply the healing power. The remedies provide very gentle but effective relief from symptoms on all levels of the organism. Conditions such as eczema, asthma, hot flushes, chronic fatigue, ADHD, panic attacks, depression, memory loss all respond very well to the appropriate homoeopathic remedy or remedies. Homoeopathy is a holistic system of medicine that sees a clear link between physical symptoms and the emotional state of the individual.

Naturopathy
Naturopathy is both a science and a philosophy. Naturopathy places emphasis on preventative medicine and demonstrates that a healthy lifestyle, along with emotional, mental and spiritual well being is fundamental for good health.

Following the guidelines "treat the person, not the disease", the Naturopath encourages clients to make diet and lifestyle changes that empower them and also help the client to learn how to take responsibility for their own health.
The naturopathic practitioner creates a treatment plan that may include one or more therapies, such as herbal medicine, flower essences, counselling, nutrition, homoeopathy and massage. Always working with the client to gain a joint understanding as to why the imbalance developed and how they can prevent it happening again.
